Diamond Island, LLC makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 1 year, beginning on the date of purchase or order.

What does this Warranty cover?

​

This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse abuse negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear, and tear or lack of maintenance. Diamond Island, LLC makes no warranty concerning hunting success. Neither Diamond Island, LLC nor any affiliate of Diamond Island, LLC shall be responsible to customer or others for lost revenues, lost profits or other special financial loses. Diamond Island, LLC shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental and contingent, special or consequential damages arising from customer's, or any person's use of or inability to use Diamond Island, LLC product or for commercial use of any kind. No recovery against Diamond Island, LLC, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, shall be greater than the amount paid by the customer for the Diamond Island, LLC product (Shado3).

 

How to use this Warranty

 

The product or part must be returned to Diamond Island, LLC with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase (e.g. in-store receipt or packing slip/invoice), date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will replace the product or part at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return the repaired product or part at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
